This filter is made using patented Kimberly Clark media which is incorporated into the filter card in a unique way to offer energy savings of up to 40%.,These energy saving filters are constructed by bonding the pleat pack of Kimberly Clark G4 (Merv 7) media into a water repellent Aquakote® card frame. Aquakote® card has superior tear resistance when wet and great tear resistance when dry and is manufactured from a renewable source.,The patented Kimberly Clark media has a graduated density for even dirt loading which provides greater dust holding and therefore longer filter life. This filter media is hydrophobic, has a constant efficiency due to its extra natural electrostatic charge, superior efficiency versus particle size, low pressure drop, and is made from continuous fibers so will not shed.
