Procom Valves PCFAWD

The self-cleaning and bidirectional butterfly valves of the PCFAWD series are used for the interception and regulation of fluids in almost all industrial processes. They have a high resistance to corrosion and abrasion as only the sealing seat and the disc are in contact with the fluid. The protection of the external parts of the valve is provided by epoxy or polyurethane paint. The sealing seat, available in different materials according to needs, is reinforced with a nylon or metal support to ensure geometric stability over time; its particular profile also allows the assembly of the valve between flanges without the use of additional gaskets. The disc has a shape that minimizes pressure loss, rotational stresses and turbulence, thus optimizing the flow rate values. It is also self-centering inside the sealing seat, thanks to the floating shaft / disc coupling without fastening elements. Made in accordance with ISO 5752, BS 5155, DIN 3202, K1, API 609, MSS SP 67, they can be coupled to any type of pneumatic or electric actuator. The PCFAWD series refers to wafer form valves with body drilling for through flange coupling and the PCFALD series to LUG form with threaded holes. The main characteristics (materials, parts list, significant dimensions) are common to both series.
