This pump is suitable for oil lubrication systems that use
volumetric metering valves.
It’s a kind of lever pump in which the casing is inside the
oil reservoir.
Moving the lever downwards the pump piston delivers
enough lubricant to overcome max 3 MPa pressure.
The pump is completed by an adjustable maximum
pressure valve (preset to 3 MPa) and by an automatic
release valve.
The automatic release valve eliminates pressure in the
system when the pneumatic cylinder does not work and
avoids emptying of tubes
between a lubrication process and the following one,
keeping pressure at 0,08 MPa.
The reservoir fills through a gauze strainer 600 meshes/
sq.cm.
A vertical visual indicator allows to check the oil level in the
reservoir.
