The busbar processing station SH 600, due to its small size 790x530x498mm and light weight is used not only as a stationary device, but also as a tool for work performed in the field. It is designed for bending, punching and offsetting aluminum and copper rails, as well as for pressing in nuts. The maximum size of the processed rail is 12x125mm. The range of bending angle is from 0 ° to 90 °. The station is equipped with a bending angle sensor and linear encoders (measurement bar). In addition, it is possible to adjust the height of the body performing the holes to the accuracy of 1 mm. The device is assembled according to the Customer’s individual needs. Works with hydraulic units of AH 500 and AH 550 type ordered separately. The operating pressure is 630 bar with a pressure of 190 kN. The offer includes two versions of the device which differ by their equipment. The standard version SH600 has an electronic angle sensor for repeatable bending. Platinum SH600 version has an electronic adjustable bending angle indicator, electronic control and choice machining cycle operation and an insert for precision bending (integrated encoder). In addition to each version offsetting insert, punches or additional worktop can be ordered separately.
